One of the most common problems we see in our studio is engagement rings that haven't been designed to accommodate a wedding band.

Clients often come to us after purchasing their engagement ring elsewhere, only to discover that a straight diamond wedding band won't sit neatly beside it.

Sometimes there's a gap between the two rings. Other times, the engagement ring sits so low that the wedding band physically rubs against the setting.

Gold remains the most popular choice because it's timeless, can be resized in the future, and is easy to maintain. We generally recommend 14ct or 18ct gold depending on your lifestyle and preferences.

Platinum

Platinum is naturally white and extremely durable. It develops a soft patina over time rather than wearing away and is an excellent option for those wanting a premium white metal.

Titanium

Titanium is lightweight, strong and affordable. However, unlike gold or platinum, it generally cannot be resized or easily repaired if your finger size changes in the future.
