During your in-person, over-the-phone or video consultation we’ll explore and capture your design vision. This time will also be used to show you diamonds or coloured gemstones in your desired shape and within your price point.
When a ring is being considered for redesign, our jewellers take care to ensure its integrity by performing an X-ray examination. This crucial step allows us to check for any hidden damage or structural weaknesses before we begin the redesign process. If we discover any damage during these checks, we unfortunately cannot proceed with the redesign to ensure the safety and durability of the final piece.
We'll work with you until you're completely satisfied with the final design, regardless of the number of changes needed, before moving forward to production. You will be provided with a professional drawing of your ring that outlines the specifications.
Your ring will be manufactured in Australia by the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. This involves casting, surface preparation, metal forming and soldering. Then your stone/s will be set and the ring buffed and polished to perfection.
Your ring will go through a thorough quality assurance check and final clean to make sure it is ready for pickup or delivery. You will be provided with formal documentation, including insurance replacement information and diamond certification.
Morgan and Laura designed the most incredible ring for me.
