Shipping Rates 

Australia

All orders dispatched within Australia are sent with Free Express Shipping. This method of shipping includes a tracking number. All orders are sent with a signature on delivery. Our bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands are all sent with a courier service and will require a signature on delivery. 

New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are dispatched with Standard Post with Australia Post. The delivery timeframe for this service is 8 to 12 days. If you do require your parcel sooner we do have Priority Service available for a small fee. This will prioritise your piece in our studio - essentially jumping the queue. This service will also upgrade you to express shipping. If you have any questions at all please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

USA

Shipping on all USA orders with DHL’s Secure Door-to-Door Delivery. Timeframes are dependent on the area we are shipping the parcel to and the shipping cost is determined by state. 

Rest of the World

All international orders are dispatched with Standard Post through Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are dependent on the country we are shipping the parcel to. If you do require express shipping please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Shipping cost is determined by where your item is being shipped.

Bespoke Engagement & Wedding Rings

All engagement rings and wedding bands are dispatched with a courier and are required to have a signature upon delivery. You, or the person you nominate, will be responsible for signing for the receipt of your package. All bespoke pieces are fully insured while in transit. Once the package is signed for it is no longer considered in transit and is therefore no longer insured.

Please note that due to the nature of these engagement rings and wedding rings, they are of high value. International orders will need to expect tax and import duties when the piece arrives in your country. 

Morgan & Co does not cover any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country and is the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Delivery of Goods

All standard orders within Australia (excluding bespoke pieces) are sent via Free Express Shipping with tracking. Unless you specifically request and pay for insurance prior to purchase, these orders are sent without additional insurance.

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delays caused by our carrier (which are outside our control), or by any event beyond our reasonable control or foresight. This includes any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please ensure the details you provide at checkout are accurate, as Morgan & Co is unable to refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address you've provided.

Receiving Your Order

You must inspect your Morgan & Co piece immediately upon its arrival. If your piece is not in accordance with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. If you fail to give such notice, your Morgan & Co piece may be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with your order.

This paragraph does not apply if your piece is subject to consumer guarantees imposed under the Australian Consumer Law — where consumer guarantees apply, refer to our Limitation on Claims section below.

Australia - Ready to Wear & Made to Order

All Morgan & Co ready to wear orders are shipped express via Australia Post. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Australia Post typically delivers within 1- 4 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive an email notification with your tracking information once your piece is complete and being shipped to your delivery address.

Insurance

All our bespoke jewellery is covered under our insurance until it is received by you. We highly recommend arranging personal insurance for bespoke pieces once they are in your possession. Our recommendation is Q Report, and you can get a custom quote through their website.

Australia — All orders dispatched within Australia receive Free Express Shipping with tracking. For added security, all orders require a signature on delivery. Our bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands are always sent with a courier service and will require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind.

Receiving Your Order

Signature on Delivery

For your security, all orders, including ready to wear pieces and all bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands, require a signature upon delivery. You, or the person you nominate, will be responsible for signing for the receipt of your package.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Australia Post Shipments — Your order will be taken to the nearest post office and can be collected with relevant ID.

Courier Deliveries (including all bespoke rings): Your order will be taken to the nearest depot. Should this happen, you'll receive instructions on how to collect your package directly from the courier.

Can I Collect In-Studio (Sunshine Coast)?

Yes, we offer in-studio collection from our Sunshine Coast studio in Buderim! Contact us to arrange your in-studio collection.

For online orders: Once you've been notified that your order is ready for collection, you're welcome to contact us for an appointment to collect your order. 

Insurance During Transit

All engagement rings and wedding bands are fully insured whilst in transit to you. Once the package is signed for upon delivery, it is no longer considered in transit and is therefore no longer insured.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, all orders dispatched with Australia Post can be shipped to a PO Box.

Wedding Planner Shipping Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING - WEDDING PLANNER

We offer complementary express shipping using StarTrack. Allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to arrive.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - WEDDING PLANNER

We do not accept refunds or returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at morgan@morgancojewellery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - MADE TO ORDER

Morgan & Co do not issue refunds, store credit, or exchanges for any custom made engagement ring, wedding band or fine jewellery order. We kindly ask that you choose carefully – we will be happy to assist in any questions you have about our pieces. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy with your item, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

It is hereby agreed upon between parties that refunds for cancellations are not offered due to the nature of the product. Morgan & Co is not able to recoup losses incurred by purchasing on behalf of clientele.
