Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional period

The promotion commences on 25th October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 8 November 2026. All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time, Queensland time.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, clients must place a custom engagement ring order with Morgan & Co Jewellery during the promotional period and pay a deposit of at least 50% of the agreed total engagement ring price. Both the order confirmation and receipt of the required deposit must occur before the promotion closes.

Booking a consultation, making an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not, by itself, secure the promotional gift.

3. Eligible purchases

The offer applies to custom engagement ring orders only. Wedding bands, remodels, repairs and other fine jewellery purchases are excluded.

4. Earlier enquiries and existing orders

Clients who enquired or received a quotation before the promotion commenced may qualify, provided their order is confirmed and the required deposit is received during the promotional period.

The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already confirmed or engagement ring deposits paid before the promotion commenced.

5. Gift entitlement

Each eligible engagement ring order qualifies for one complimentary pair of lab-grown diamond huggie earrings. The gift will be applied automatically to qualifying orders. Clients do not need to mention the promotion at their initial enquiry or consultation.

6. Gift design and specifications

The complimentary earrings are Morgan & Co Jewellery's Diamond Huggies, as shown at morgancojewellery.com.au/collections/jewellery/products/diamond-lab-grown-huggies. They are 9ct yellow gold huggie earrings set with brilliant round lab-grown diamonds in a claw setting.

Personalisation and design changes are not included. Morgan & Co Jewellery will not substitute a materially different design or specification without the client's agreement. If the advertised earrings cannot be supplied, any alternative gift must be agreed with the client, without limiting their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. No cash alternative

The complimentary earrings cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a discount on the engagement ring or an alternative jewellery design, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where an alternative gift is agreed under clause 6.

8. Collection

The complimentary earrings will be available for collection with the completed engagement ring at the collection time agreed for the order, unless another arrangement is agreed with the client.

If supply of the earrings is delayed, Morgan & Co Jewellery will notify the client promptly and agree an alternative collection or delivery arrangement. Any delivery charge must be disclosed and agreed before that arrangement is accepted. The gift must be supplied within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe is agreed, within a reasonable time.

9. Other offers

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer or discount unless agreed by Morgan & Co Jewellery before the order is confirmed.

10. Order cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel an eligible order before completion for reasons unrelated to a breach by Morgan & Co Jewellery or the exercise of a statutory right, the complimentary earrings will not be supplied.

Any cancellation fees or refunds relating to the engagement ring are governed by the agreed order terms and applicable law. This clause does not limit any rights or remedies where Morgan & Co Jewellery cannot fulfil the order or the client is entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This protection applies to both the engagement ring and the complimentary earrings.

12. Changes to the promotion

Morgan & Co Jewellery may make administrative corrections where necessary, provided they do not change eligibility, shorten the promotional period or reduce the advertised benefits. No correction will remove or reduce the entitlement of a client who has already qualified. Any other change must comply with applicable law and must not override promises already made to clients.
