Complimentary Re-Setting Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

We understand that choosing an engagement ring for your partner is a big decision, especially when you're designing it as a surprise!

To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a complimentary re-setting guarantee for clients who design and purchase a custom engagement ring without their partner's input.

If your partner doesn't absolutely love the design, we'll happily remake the setting at no additional cost, subject to the following terms.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This offer applies to clients who design and purchase a custom engagement ring for their partner without their partner being involved in the design process.

• Complimentary Re-Setting: If your partner would prefer a different design, we will remake the ring setting complimentary, provided the original centre diamond and the same gold weight are used.

• Additional Diamonds: If you'd like to incorporate additional diamonds into the new design, the cost of the extra diamonds and any additional setting work will apply.

• Additional Gold: If you'd like to increase the band width or make other design changes that require more gold, you will simply pay the difference in the additional gold required.

Our goal is to make the experience of designing a surprise engagement ring as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, giving you the confidence to choose a beautiful ring knowing there's flexibility to make changes together after the proposal.
