So, what can you expect during your custom engagement ring consultation at our Sunshine Coast studio?

Step 1: Book Your Free Consultation

The journey begins when you book your free one-on-one consultation at our Buderim studio. Before we meet, we’ll send you an online questionnaire that helps us tailor the consultation specifically to your preferences, style, and budget. This allows us to source diamonds in advance that align with what you’re looking for. When you arrive at the studio, we’ll spend at least an hour (often more) educating you on diamonds—cut, colour, clarity, and carat—and helping you understand exactly what you’re investing in.

We’ll talk through design options, try on different ring styles, and review the diamonds we've sourced for you. We want to make sure that every detail, from the stone to the setting, aligns with your vision. Our goal is that you leave the consultation feeling confident and excited about your choices.

Step 2: Securing Your Diamond and Design

Once you’ve chosen your diamond, we’ll ask for a 30% deposit to secure it. From there, we move on to the design phase. This is where your ideas and inspiration come to life! We'll create a detailed design drawing of your ring, and you're welcome to make as many changes as you need until it feels perfect. We won’t proceed until you’re 100% happy with the design.

Step 3: Crafting Your Ring

Once the design is approved, we begin crafting your engagement ring. This process usually takes between 4-6 weeks, as we take great care to ensure every detail is executed to perfection. Our skilled artisans will bring your vision to life, creating a piece of jewellery that is both timeless and personal.

Step 4: Collection

Finally, after weeks of anticipation, your engagement ring will be ready for collection. We’ll invite you back to our Buderim studio, where you’ll see the finished ring for the first time. It’s a special moment, and we’re always excited to share it with you!
