Emma and Richard’s story is one of resilience and deep connection. After meeting as teenagers, they maintained a decade-long friendship across continents before finding their way back to each other. Richard’s proposal, a heartfelt blend of everyday simplicity and romantic sentiment, perfectly captured the essence of their relationship.

Hearing about their engagement was so special for us, and helping them design a custom engagement ring and wedding bands on the Sunshine Coast that symbolises their love was an experience we’ll always treasure.

Thoughtful Details, Timeless Style

Emma’s bridal look was a work of art, combining modern elegance with personal touches like her grandmother’s engagement ring, a vintage brooch, and a rosary gifted by her grandfather. These meaningful details were complemented by her gown from Chosen By Kyha and her handcrafted earrings made during a jewellery class with her bridesmaids.

Richard, too, brought sentimentality into his look, wearing family heirlooms like his grandmother’s watch and a diamond pin from his grandfather. Seeing how much care they both put into their wedding details was truly inspiring.

Capturing Every Moment

Their intimate ceremony on Maleny Manor’s helipad, surrounded by breathtaking winter views, was followed by a relaxed garden party filled with cocktails, lawn games, and golden-hour laughter. Watching Emma and Richard sneak away for quiet moments with their film camera was a reminder of how important it is to pause and soak in the day.
