Yes, the majority of our jewellery, particularly our bespoke pieces, are made-to-order. We do have a limited selection of standard Morgan & Co pieces that are ready to ship immediately. Please refer to our Ready to Wear Collection.

Where are your pieces made?

All Morgan & Co pieces are designed in Buderim, Sunshine Coast, Australia. They are then 3D printed in Melbourne and hand-finished in Queensland by our master jeweller and setter, ensuring exceptional Australian craftsmanship.

What are your pieces made from?

We work with a range of high-quality precious metals, including 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct gold (available in yellow, rose, and white gold), and platinum (specifically Platinum 960, which is 96% pure).

Are your pieces sustainably made?

Yes, sustainability is important to us. All Morgan & Co pieces are made-to-order using ethically sourced and recycled materials wherever possible.

What is the difference between 9ct and 18ct gold?

The difference between 9ct (carat) and 18ct gold lies in their purity (gold content):

9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold (9 parts gold out of 24). It's more durable due to higher alloy content and is generally more affordable.

18ct gold contains 75% pure gold (18 parts gold out of 24). It's purer, richer in color, and generally more resistant to tarnishing, but softer and more expensive. We recommend using 18ct white gold over 9ct white gold for engagement rings, as 9ct white gold often doesn’t perform as well as its coloured counterparts and may show more yellowing over time.

Do you offer waranty?

Yes, we offer lifetime warranty on your engagement ring band and setting. We offer 3 month warranty on your ready to wear jewellery pieces. For more information refer to our FAQs page.

Is my order insured during transit?

Yes, all engagement rings, wedding bands and jewellery pieces are fully insured whilst in transit. Every order sent with a courier requires a signature upon delivery. Once the piece is signed for, it is no longer considered in transit and is therefore no longer insured.

Can you resize my ready to wear engagement ring if it's the wrong size?

Yes, we offer ring resizing for all Morgan & Co engagement rings. For ready to wear pieces, where you have requested a certain size, the fee is $180, plus postage, if you require a resize. If you have been fitted with our team at our studio, your resize will be complementary.
